Product Returns

1. Returns Must Be Processed Through Original Retailer

All product returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for Joan Tapware products must be arranged through the retailer or showroom where the original purchase was made.

Joan do not accept direct returns from end users or installers.

Your retailer will assist you with the correct process and liaise with us if necessary.

2. Proof of Purchase Required

To process a return, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) from the retailer.

Without proof of purchase, we are unable to assess or approve the return.

3. Return Conditions

Products being returned must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect).
  • All components, parts, and accessories must be included.
  • Products that have been installed, altered, or modified may not be returned unless a manufacturer’s defect is confirmed under warranty.
  • All returned products will be inspected by our technical team once received through the retailer. If the product is deemed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.
    Products that fail inspection due to misuse, incorrect installation, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect will not be covered under warranty.
